1.    Open a transparent canvas 600 x 400px

2.    Fill Bgkr63 gradient into the canvas

3.    Adjust – blur – Gaussian blur – radius – 60.00

4.    Load Becky 008 Mask – move Raster 1 to merge all – background – promote background layer – Raster :

5.    Open Gold accent – copy – paste as new selection – put to the right raster then left raster – select none

6.    Open Ribbon by Med – copy – paste as new selection – put on the gold accent – right and left – select none

7.    Open Heart accent – copy – paste as new selection – put at the top middle of the raster – select none

8.    Open Word art by Jennifer R – copy – paste as new selection – put in the middle raster – select none

9.    Open the rose by Chpi – copy – paste as ,new selection – put to the right raster then image – mirror – copy – paste as new selection – put to the left raster – select none

10.                     Effects – Xero – Porcelain – configuration: 50,128,128,0,0,50 – Apply

11.                     Image – add borders – 5px white color

12.                     Presets – Magic wand – select color – floating

13.                     Fill Gold pattern into the color – select none

14.                     Image – add borders – 20px white color

15.                     Presets – magic wand – select color – fill Bgkr63 – floating

16.                     Effects – Graphic plus – cross shadow – configuration by default – select none

17.                     Image – add borders – 5px white color – presets – magic wand – select color – floating

18.                     Fill gold pattern into the color – select none
