2.    Selections – select all

3.    Open MD landscape (image 3) copy – paste into selection – select none

4.    Open Preset shape bleu by Isabella – copy – paste as new selection – select none

5.    Open white Bird (image 4) copy – paste as new selection – put at the top in the raster – select none

6.    Open Mtm Lady (image 5) copy merged – paste as new selection – put in the middle of the raster – select none

7.    Open Bleu bow (image 6) – Image – Free Rotate – Direction : right – Free: 35.00 – copy – paste as new selection – put at the top right of the raster – select none

8.    Once again bleu bow (image 6) – Image  - Free rotate – Direction : left – Free: 35.00 – copy – paste as new selection – put at the top left of the raster – select none

9.    Open Silver accent (image 7) copy – paste as new selection – put at the top on the bow in every angle – select none

10.    Image – add borders – 10px colour 317dd3

11.    Preset – selection type – free hand – select colour

12.    Effects – Xero – Fritillary – configuration – select none :  

13.    Open Ulead Animator Gif 5 – File – open new image

14.    Frame – add banner Text – write your text and choice the font and colour :

15.    Effects – scroll right :

16.    Frame control – delay time 20s  – Key delay frame 20s

            Save as Gif* Don’t Modify or change my Tutorial
