1.    Open a transparent canvas 600 x 400px

2.    Fill catoe country66 gradient into the canvas –style linear

3.    Adjust – blur – Gaussian blur – radius – 70.00

4.    Effects -  Dragon fly – sinedots II – configuration :

5.    Presets – selection type rectangle – make 3 horizontal lines : 

6.    Fill catoe country66 into the lines then – effects – 3D – inner bevel – configuration and select none:

7.    Once again make 3 vertical lines then fill catoe country66 into the lines –  effects – 3D – same configuration that first time: 

8.    Open woman by Jet – copy merged – paste as new selection – put in the left angle of the raster – select none

9.    Open word art – copy – paste as new selection – put in the middle raster – select none

10.                      Open gold accent – copy – paste as new selection – put into the raster – select none

11.                      Effects – Xero – porcelain – configuration: 50,128,128,0,0,50 – apply

12.                      Image – add borders – 5px color fb6900

13.                      Image – add borders – 10px color fcc800

14.                      Image – add borders – 15px color 750101

15.                      Effects – bordure mania – 3D NB Creux N°2 :
