1. Open a transparent canvas 600 x 400px

2. Fill Catoe country 45 gradient into the canvas

3. Adjust –Blur – Gaussian blur – Radius 60.00

4. Effect – Simple – 4 way average – Apply

5. Open Color Tback – copy – paste as new selection – put at the top angle left of the raster – select none

6. Presets – selection type – rectangle – make one into the color Tback :

7. Effect – 3D – Drop shadow – configuration – select none :

8. Open Deco by Sandi – copy – paste as new selection – put to the left raster – select none

9. Open ivice Word art – copy – paste as new selection – put in the middle raster – select none

10. Image – add borders – 5px color ecaaaa

11. Image – add borders – 5px bf5555

12. Image – add borders – 5px 6d1b1b

13. Image – add borders – 25px white color – effects – magic wand – select white color – floating

14. Fill Catoe country 45 gradient into the white color – floating

15. Effects – Greg’s Factory – pool shadow – configuration by default – select none
