1. Open a transparent canvas 650 x 450px

2. Fill Lbleu 125 pattern into the canvas

3. Open Preset shape by Isabella – copy – paste as new selection on the first raster – select none

4. Open Clarey round frame (image 16) copy – paste as new selection – put in the middle of raster – select none

5. Open Popeye pin up (image 19) copy merged – paste as new selection – put in the middle of round frame – select none

6. Open Clarey bow (image 20) copy – paste as new selection – put at the top left of raster – select none

7. Once again Clarey bow – image – mirror – copy – paste as new selection – put at the top right of the raster – select none

8. Open Clarey word art (image 21) copy – paste as new selection – put to the left of raster – select none

9. Effects – Xero – Porcelain – configuration : 50,128,128,0,0,50 – Apply

10. Save as Jpeg your creation

11. Open Ulead Gif 5 and in File – open new image :

12. In Ulead Gif 5 – Frame – add banner text – choice your font and words into your creation :

13. Add banner – effect – Drop :

14. Add banner – frame control – Delay time 40s :
