1.    Open atransparent canvas 600 x 400px

2.    Fill Bullseye gradient into the canvas

3.    Adjust – blur – Gaussian blur – radius – 60.00

4.    Open the Celtic symbol by Isabella – copy merged – paste as new selection – put in the middle raster – Floating

5.    Effects – 3D – Inner bevel – configuration – select none :

6.    Open Femme by Benelol – copy merged – paste as new selection – put  to the left raster – select none

7.    Open Brush Irish – copy merged – paste as new selection – put to the right raster – select  none

8.    Open Deco by Sandi – copy – paste as new selection – put to the right taster – select none

9.    Open Word art by Shweetie – copy merged – paste as new selection – put at the top right of the raster – select none

10.                     Image – add borders – 5px black color

11.                     Image – add borders – 25px white color

12.                     Presets – magic wand – select white color – floating

13.                     Fill Bullseye gradient into the color – floating

14.                     Effects – graphic plus – cross shadow – configuration by default – select none
